[DEV] Application

Hi I'm Cryptic.

I'm applying to be a DEV on this server.

This server is looking great, and I'm excited to join this community and here's my application.

8.Why you want to be apart of the Dekaron-DreamLand Staff Team
It seems like its going to be great server with a great community, but I feel like we need content that others don't have.

9.Previous Experience regarding {MOD} [GM] or [DEV] work, or even how helpful you were on other forums if thats the only exp u got
I was on quite a few other servers as a DEV. Haven't really cared for a GM position since I know I can do better than that.

10.What are you going to offer to Dekaron-DreamLand if your added to staff, and what your doing now to help out
I'm great at the following:

-.csv editing. I can edit most of the in game CSVs without a problem. This can be effective to add/modify teleports, add/modify monsters, add/modify maps, add/modify strings, add/modify skills, add/modify effects, add/modify the in game UI, etc.
-Server Managing: I pretty much
-Server Hardware: I'm a hardware expert, I can tell you what to do if anything ever goes wrong. Lets say a hard drive fails, you have to know the problem before you can fix it.
-In game help, I know a lot about Dekaron, I can easily help people as long as they cooperate, lol.

What I'm somewhat good at:
-.exe editing. This is a huge thing. The dekaron.exe is the key to Aloken, the new Skillbar, UI stuff, and more. I've actually been trying to figure out how to add the new 3bar skillbar that Dekaron Korea has. So far I think I'm pretty close!

11.How active are you In-game and on the forums
I'm more than active. Depending on what if I'm devving or not, I could be in game helping people. I can be online 6-8 hours on weekdays, even more on the weekends. When I'm at work I can either use the work computer to monitor the forums or use my iPhone 4.

12.Do you speak any other languages besides English?
Not fluently, unforchunately.

13.Other information that you think we should know about you
I strive for the best. I'm not here to do some modifications to the server, I'm here to do something unique and great. That's what I strive for. I want the server I am apart of to be the best and thats what I'm going to do. A server is serious stuff and if you want it to be successful you have to really be dedicated and know what your doing, and that's what I'm here for.

we have A8, our own upload site, our own osds panel, our own website, our own forums... and we will soon have alot more... what in the world dont we have that we need?

what servers where you dev on, and i want to know if your ip checks with there ex-devs, and i want to know why you stoped being a dev there. or if you were fired, and also what work you did for them.

dude... dekaron.exe just runs the server... all it does is load share/server.csv and runs the loading page. it has nothing to do with Aloken.... to add aloken you add her .dds files, .anim files, .txt files and her skills/skill bars ect, dekaron.exe "work" is compleatly retarded.... just saying

Well that's the true problem of staff application. Many people apply just because they wanna get their butt right into the staff team. They feel that they have such an authority over the others. Actually the main purpose of the staff team is to assist the administrators in running the server. We should only apply if we have a true intention to help and not apply for the sake of applying.

Well i hope nobody gets offended. Im only stating the fact. If you really have the ability to be a staff.. I believe Viper can tell.
